Tampa Bay is a great place to live and work, which is why Kim and her husband decided to call it home. With roots in Buffalo, NY, they frequently visited friends and family in the area before eventually settling in Pinellas County. A former teacher with Master's degrees in Literacy and School Administration, Kim uses an educational approach with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they’re viewing and each step of the purchasing process. Real estate has always been a passion for Kim. She knows finding the right home can drastically impact someone's life and she approaches each showing with that in mind.  Good communication is crucial to giving clients peace of mind which is why Kim ensures her clients are kept up-to-date throughout the entire home buying and selling process. Kim's expertise and dedication to research around current market conditions allow her to be an informed sounding board for her clients.  A passionate sports fan, when Kim isn’t working to find someone their perfect home, you might find her bartending part time at the Tampa Bay Rays games, watching the Buffalo Bills or just relaxing at home with her husband and two french bulldogs.
